Melba’s Shipping & Delivery Policy
Melba’s Chocolates endeavours to process, pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
All orders are dispatched by Australia Post parcel delivery. Orders will be processed within three business days. Pending your location, orders are expected within 2-5 days of dispatch, however this cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances out of our control.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the delivery address indicated on your order.
For urgent delivery, please contact Melba’s Chocolates on (08) 8389 7868 to make special arrangements.
If we are unable to delivery your products to you within 14 days of receiving your payment, you will have the option to cancel your order and you will be refunded immediately.
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.
Please note that since all our orders are sent by regular post, without refrigeration, we are unable to guarantee they will arrive as initially dispatched.
Hot weather and other factors are out of our control and Melba’s takes no responsibility for any lost or damaged goods.

The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the products purchased. Orders with free delivery will not ship until all items on the order are available for delivery. We are happy to discuss payment options to part ship orders.
During Christmas and Easter, our standard dispatch times may vary. Since Christmas coincides with warmer weather, it is suggested that customer’s order early to ensure the order arrives on time.
